Manila Times (12/18/2020) Section 8 of Republic Act 6713 should be read together with Sec. 7 of RA 3019 (of Sen. Turing Tolentino), which requires “a statement of amount and source of income, personal and family expenses and income taxes paid the preceding fiscal year.”
